How did Meyya’s journey with food begin?

We believe personalised care is paramount and tailor strategies to suit individual lifestyles, food preferences and cultural backgrounds. Our team’s extensive experience spans a wide age range, from supporting individuals as young as 8 months to those in their golden years.

We work extensively with GPs, paediatricians, gastroenterologists, speech therapists, psychologists and physiotherapists on a daily basis to ensure goals are well-aligned so that our patients can benefit from a well-supported holistic care under one roof.

Our Story- Why We Started Nutrition Revitalised

Illustration of a man and woman facing each other in profile within a circle, with the word 'mr' and decorative leaves around the circle.

From a research spark to empowering support:
A research project that Meyya worked on revealed widespread nutrient deficiencies and inadequate or incorrect supplementation among women preconceptions. This highlighted a lack of awareness on nutritional needs during this critical phase. She also identified a need among women with PCOS and infertility, who were facing challenges in understanding their condition and finding support. Misdiagnoses, misinformation, and inadequate assistance motivated her to create a social media platform to address these issues.

Blossoming further: Meyya received immense gratification from giving back to her audience and clients and realised the difference this support made to people’s lives. Hence, she wanted to reach out to the wider community, supporting individuals with a wider range of goals/concerns. Together with her team of experienced dietitians and nutritionists, she aims to revitalise more lives through individualised nutrition and empowerment.

Today Nutrition Revitalised has a dedicated team of Australian Accredited Practising Dietitians and nutritionists with extensive experience across a wide range of areas, including women’s health (such as PCOS, endometriosis, etc), fertility nutrition for couples, pregnancy and post-pregnancy support, chronic disease management (including diabetes and high cholesterol), fussy eating and allergy management for infants and kids, sustainable weight gain/loss & eating disorders. Our dietitians are proficient in multiple languages, including English, Mandarin, Malay, Hokkien, Greek, Cantonese, Sinhalese and Tamil. We bring extensive experience working with clients from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, allowing us to thoughtfully tailor nutrition advice
